If you guys want to go brewery specific, that's fine. Checked with the bosses and they're good with that. It's still far more searchable (the goal) than a single thread.

Separately, if you know the brewery, you can look up the name of specific beers on the brewery page on the site and then search for specific beers that way. Sometimes, users will actually have to click more than once or twice to get things done. First world problems.

Actually, "fora" is acceptable for either use and is the gramatically correct term. It follows the same pattern as datum (singular) and data (plural) which are also frequently misused. Srsly.

This will be a great fix. We had this before and it worked quite well.

 

Cue the "Everything" threads.

 

It worked very well before and aided, I felt, in a dialogue with the brewers themselves and kept the "chase beer Z" threads separate. Hopefully some of our participants in the SW Forum or Fora or whatever yall want to call it can utilize a greater vocabulary than "walez bro" and constant bickering about mules.

 

I never liked the "everything xyz" threads they got way to long. If anything at least make them monthly like "everything xyz march", so it doesn't get "bogged down"
