Hopslam in DC/MD/NoVa

Check out Whole Foods Clarendon they are tapping a keg and having a Bells takeover at 3 I believe.

Yeah that limit sounds terrible....I went to the brewery last week about bought 6 6-packs...Guess that's what you pay for convenience though? IMO it's worth just driving a little and picking up a ton...it seems to trade pretty well.

 

For those still looking, there's a beer/wine/liquor store on Wisconsin ave. in Tenleytown just south of Brandywine and Wisconsin (across from Best Buy) that still has 6 packs for $23.99.

 

D'Vines near Meridian Pint had some 6 packs on Sunday.

 

According to tweet from Rodman's, (@RodmansDC) they will be getting in 6 cases tomorrow.

TW McLean had some in this afternoon - $21.99/six-pack.

 

Just saw the last 2 cases of Hopslam at P St Whole Foods around 3:00. $25 / 6. I passed for fresh $12 Flower Power.

 

Total Wine Sterling has some. 1 6pk per customer.

 

TW Fairfax had about 3 cases left of Hopslam plus OTWOA, Bitter Valentine and Sexual Chocolate.

 

Were they selling the OTWOA in sixers? Price?

 

I didn't ask. But my guess is 6 packs. I think Norms is the only place that did 1 can. I got a 6 at Red Apron last week for $17.99.

Edit: It was behind the counter at TW. Call ahead to be sure

 

$18.99 for a six pack, one six pack limit at TW Springfield. Chances are price would be the same at all TW in VA.

 

Norms got some more Hopslam in today. It was going quick so i wouldnt be surprised if its already sold out..

 

Pretty sure Norm's did one can of OTWOA as they only had one case. If you sell six packs, you serve 4 customers the opportunity as opposed to 24 customers...

 

I would rather drive to DC when it is released and get up to a case. It is a lot less trouble then trying to score a Norms limited release these days. I think I saw a tent out front last time I was there. The line has already started for KBS. Sk007 is having a bottle share in his car as we speak
