    Are these clowns still flailing around? Frankly, it angers me that there is such a commitment to producing a mediocre (at best) product, as well as the dollars to back it. Still!

    What I wouldn't give for a great session German lager in SC...

    Boone Brewing bought the facility in Hickory that they were planning to use. Should be online by the summer. I think its a 100bbl bavarian system.

    If I had a farm to bet, I'd bet that the "new" owner is a member of the old owner's family. By marriage, possibly. But I could be wrong. Often am.

    There's a definite synergy to craft brewing that seems lost on Skull Coast. I'm certain other breweries have experienced similar pitfalls - they just weren't eager as hell to air them publicly.

    The latest post on their website is about their recent touring of Green Flash Brewing - which prompted my buddy to say, I bet "they ended up suing them because they were given "sample" glasses instead of the "tasting glasses" they were promised."
