I'm glad this year's merch is a new growler bag. All my friends have the old growler bag so we'd all have the same thing at tastings, but they all dropped out of the RS/HS this year, so I can show up with the new one and make them jealous haha.

I too would be interested in purchasing a second hoodie, as a friend and I split the Hoarders membership.

I'm in the same boat, and I got the RS hoodie last year so I have no claim to it this year.

I finally picked mine up and loved my first bottle last night, I will buy more if it's available. I'm so glad there's not much sweetness to it. I only get the coconut when it's warmed up considerably.

    from the store...

    Filmishmish (2014)
Filmishmish, an Arabic term for “when the apricots bloom”, is a barrel aged sour blonde ale to which apricots have been added. The beer's already fruity esters are enhanced by the hint of fresh apricot jam and wood shavings. Filmishmish is a well balanced beer, keeping the apricot and oak character present, but putting the flavor of the well formed sour ale at the forefront.

    Limit 3/6 per RS/HS member
    Available for pickup on/after 3/10/2014
    Society Allocation Period 3/1-3/21

    Smoking Wood Rye (2014)
Brewed with beachwood and cherrywood smoked malt, Smoking Wood is a delicious demonstration of what wood has to offer when it comes to beer. This imperial smoked porter is brewed with a hefty amount of rye malt, contributing to a full body and light spiciness. Toasty oak, caramel and vanilla flavors balance the smokiness, contributing to an intense yet refined flavor profile.

It says HS limit 2. I am RS and can see it but can't add to cart. :slight_frown: Wish they wouldn't tease us like this, I loved that beer!!

Sarcasm, I hope. God that beer was awful. Kicking myself for ordering 2 the first time around.

Or Xata very polarizing beer, love it or hate it. Gimme all your Or Xata, I can drink that stuff all day (no sarcasm)

Or Xata was the most pleasant surprise of my 2013 membership. Not the best beer ever, but very tasty and my favorite of the "cheaper" Bruery beers.

yeah, I enjoyed it, but at this point, anything that made it enjoyable has long since faded away.

Score, I usually wait to get the emails before ordering but logged on today and also found that M9 was back up for one extra allocation should HS members want a 7th. My first pour of that beer wasn't all to impressive but after getting through 3 and letting it warm up some the flavors really come out.

I noticed last night at the Rare Barrel that I was not the only one using a Bruery Society growler bag to pick up bottles and growlers there. :stuck_out_tongue: It worked great and the ice pack in the middle kept the growler well chilled for several hours until I got home. I had some extra strength bubble wrap for the bottle side and it all worked perfectly.

Something's screwy with it though - it makes you choose a date/time for the purchase. Looks like they copied/pasted a bit too much from the M9 party item.

Ya I noticed that too and was confused but ended up purchasing one via the green +1 to cart button.

    "HS: 1 bottle limit
    2nd chance period 3/1/14 - 3/21/14"

Worst case I get a refund, but it looks like the normal second chance sale for extras. Glad it is limited now instead of a few lucky people scoring cases of the goods. I also wish I could get more MW, that beer is insane.
