You are not doing it right. It's $30 for the beer, $70 to save animals.

Thinking about hitting up Churchills tonight. Anybody know how much of the original tap list is left. Obvi PtY is gone... Seeing what other goodies have been kicked.

Probably 80-90% of the original tap list will be left if it's anything like last year.

I went yesterday evening and some were crossed off their beer list. I bet they'll update their draft list on their website fairly soon. But from what I remember, Evil Twin Imperial Doughnut Break, Hangar 24 Pugachev's Cobra 2012, New Belgium Love Leopold Blackberry Whiskey Barrel, New Belgium Peach Love-Felix Peach Whiskey Barrel and Ballast Point Rye Barrel Aged Victory at Sea on Nitro were bye-bye. Oh, and all of Churchill's Finest Hour verticals were out.

Anyone see Ivan explode on some guy on Facebook? That's some pretty surprising customer service...

The Peach Love-Felix was tasty. Really enjoyed Bourbon County Berazzled (2/3 BCBS and 1/3 Berazzled)!

Second this. Please post. No judgments. Without even reading, I can almost say certainly, that person deserved it. I've seen owners put up with a lot at beer release events and Facebook announcements. "Customer service" goes out the window at a certain point.

Hmm, can't find a way to directly link to the thread. Go to their FB and check out the "Recent Posts." Daniel Cady asked a question and... well you can read it.

If anyone is going to Churchill's in the near future, please let me know. I was able to purchase a bottle online and am looking for a proxy. Ideally, this would be someone that is interested in some sort of trade, however that's not a requirement. I'd go heavy on my end to compensate for the trouble of picking up my bottle. If anything, I'd love a Jamaican and/or Vietnamese Speedway and would send what you would like in return. I'll have Huna '14 bottles after this weekend and can add FL or NY area distributed beers. If I don't get any responses, I will probably delete and cross post in the ISO:FT thread, however I figured that I would give it a shot in this forum.

Feel free to PM me. Thanks!

Someone explain how I deserved such an unprovoked response from a business owner? Please, I am searching for the light.

Rather than ask people who can only guess and create more public drama, why not shoot Ivan an email and clear the air directly? He posted an apology to Chris Farley on the aforementioned thread, I would imagine if you contact him to resolve things, it will be a lot more productive than posting here.

Understand that he runs the FaceBook page, so that is as good as direct email. I am sure I wasn't the only person with the same questions. There would not have been any 'drama', had his composure been kept. Nowhere in my post did I elicit any personal 'attacks' or castigation. It was quite the contrary. I don't seek to resolve issues on BA, as they have been taken care of off-line. I merely ask how a (paying) customer deserves such a public out lash from a business owner over a situation so trivial?

You don't, and I doubt anyone here would say you do.

If it has been resolved off-line, what are you looking to accomplish by continuing to discuss it online? Validation that you were in the right? Public castigation of Ivan?
