Just picked up a six-pack. Smells great, tastes good, but mouthfeel is very thin. After you take a sip, it kinda just disappears as if were never there. It's like a hop ghost farted in your mouth. That's not saying I don't like it, but it does make me appreciate Levitation, which seems more full-bodied and at a slightly lower ABV, a little more.

Picked up from the local liquor store. I think it debuts in stores today.

That's good...if there's one style Stone is weak in, it's IPAs. Glad to see them add this venerable style to their repertoire.

It was $9.99 for the sixer, but it could be cheaper elsewhere. They usually charge a dollar or two more, but they're close to my place.

Im an IPA guy but sometimes its nice to kick back a few hop forward brews without the heavy abv. I find it refreshing in a bar setting. I will sometimes take the more "watered down IPA" if it means enjoying a couple more. The style serves a purpose, is great on a summer afternoon.

Ah hell yea - finally a beer I can have straight outta the bottle -

And I got six bottles - so definitely gonna share the wealth with these mushrooms

Overall I could see myself buying plenty six packs of this beer - it's almost baseball season and there's! Nine innings!! Perfect time for a session-

Agree...the Go To IPA is listed at 4.5% on Stone's website...this beer is all about market share (and hopefully taste)...right now everyone is banging out "session" beers...don't want to lose shelf space to a "new" style...I have no problem with it though...the more the merrier!

Plenty of stores which only have 6's on the shelf will sell you a full case like that. Most will give you a ~10% discount, too.

A case of the regular Stone IPA is ~$26/Case at Costco, hope Go To is below $1 a bottle after Tax/CRV. Don't think I could get that from a regular store even one that would offer the 10%, Go To would have to be $6.50 a 6er.
