How much do you drink a day?

Usually 2 beers a night during the week and 3 or 4 on Fridays and Saturdays.

 

I'm in this camp of also getting back in the gym and trying to stay away from the slight beer belly I developed. My new thing is following a good workout with a beer. I've read there are benefits to this, but I just look at it as a reward.

 

Ditto- 2 beers nightly during the week and 3-4 on the weekends. I have a feeling that during the summer the number might increase but the ABV will decrease- more pilsners and APA's vs DIPA's and other heavier liquids during the winter.

 

I try to save drinking for the weekends. Try is the keyword there. If i got something i'm really excited about or had a long day i'll drink during the week but keep it to 2 beers max

 

Generally 1-2 per night and I've actively tried to lower the ABV of the beers I drink on a regular basis. I also hit the gym 3-4 nights a week and use the beer as a reward for working out. If I skip the gym for a few days, I take a few days off from beer to even things out.

 

Around 5 once every couple of weeks.

 

Generally 2-3 on weekdays. On weekends, depending on the beer route im taking, 3-6

 

One per night, although that 'one' may be a bomber if it's Friday or Saturday. May also have one with lunch on the weekends.

Now if I'm not working... it's basically just like the weekend, right?

 

I work night shift Mon-Fri, so I generally don't drink except for Friday and Saturday evenings/nights. Depending on what I'm doing, I generally drink between 3-5 beers on either of those nights.

 

0-2 during the week and then no more (usually) than 3 on the weekends. I count bombers as two. The only exception to the weeknight rule is Trivia on Tuesdays.

Usually 1 or 2 on a weeknight. If I'm not feeling great (aka super tired or got a cold) then I won't have one. On the weekends I might have 2-3.

 

My reward is going to be a Saturday full of beer...lol. But seriously, I've heard the same. A lot my weight is coming off as I feel it is fluid weight. Been sticking to a good diet and imaging what that beer is going to taste like on Friday.

 

Weekdays 1-2 if I drink, and weekends can be 2-4 max.

 

Most days never as much as I want to. And then on those days which I do its always more than I should have.
I can't win.
Think I need a beer.

Being a low-level Walmart employee, Saturday and Sunday are just days. So, I'll just stick with daily (occasionally I abstain ) usually i average 2-3 per night and very rarely do I exceed 4

 

1-2 a day...just depends how beat I am. I go up to 4 at times but if I do that I have to get up the next morning and run it off otherwise I pay for it the next day.

 

My habits vaguely resemble Nicholas Cage in Leaving Las Vegas...

 

Tends to be one a day in the evening M-Th, one bomber or a couple smaller beers on Friday, then a lunch beer and dinner beer on Saturday and Sunday (one of which may be a bomber). Of course, I also tend to have some likker on Friday & Saturday night, and some of those beers through the week are high ABV. I do have to tell myself to be smart about having more than one M-Th... this thing is a marathon, not a sprint .
