I should be able to make June 2 work.

June 2nd would prob work for me... this thread is getting confusing though. If that's the date you're committing to, let's start a new thread with the set date/location so the banter can move from where/when to "what beer's everyone bringing," etc...

By then I ought to have 4+ Homebrews to bring at minimum.

BTW - I just sent a message to Jaimie as well since it appeared that no one had done so yet. being a Saturday I can't imagine she'll mind.

Sweet. I have a ton left over from the bachelor party, so picking something to bring won't be hard, lol.

The fruit fell of big time. The surprises were the Lolita and Simtra. Both of those were fantastic.

Lolita is solid (all three sisters are). I felt that Juliet was the best of the three by a mile last year, so if you can get your hands on one I'd recommend it.

June 2nd sounds good. Are we going to try and establish a theme?

This has been discussed for past tastings and it is often too devisive an issue for some people. Usually letting everyone bring whatever they want allows for a nice mix of styles. Because as fun as an IPA or RIS tasting might sound palate fatigue would burn many out fairly fast anyway.

I will bring 3-5 homebrews so my only wish is for any other brewers to bring something of their own as well...

Sadly the IPA I just brewed will not be ready. However, I will make up for it with some great beer to share.

I haven't brewed in months, so no homebrew from me unless you guys want a Mocha Stout brewed last year that's nearly a bottle bomb due to overcarbonation!

I'll bring some tasty rare-ish stuff for good measure.

Yeah as much as I want to try everyone's homebrew I'll say leave any bottle bombs at home. I'm sure Jaimie would prefer that as well!

I just bottled Kolsch last night and it was tasting mighty fine. Barring any unforseen carbonation issues it ought to be drinking beautifully by the tasting.

I am going to open a bottle of my IPA in a minute and see how it's coming along.

It seems to be carbonating a little bit more but it's still way undercarbed. If it's ready by the tasting, I'll bring one.

If it is still not carbed 3 weeks from now it probably never will be... here's hoping it's just laggy atm. How long has it been in the bottle so far?

Week and a couple days. We used tabs instead of corn sugar, which is what I think caused it. Either way, I'm going to rebrew this recipe, because it tastes and smells pretty good, just needs carbonation.
