How much do you drink a day?

As much as I can handle/afford

 

1 on a weekday and 1 on a weekend...so I guess that makes it 2/7 per day

 

I limit my self to four a day, sometimes I Iike a breakfast beer, sometimes one at lunch, sometimes four at night none in the day. But four seems to be the daily cut off for me, weekday or weekend.

 

Only Fridays and Saturdays, usually 2 beers one night and 3-4 the other. The 3-4 are generally spaced out over a long period of time...wish I could enjoy one beer more often but I try to be as healthy as possible on the weekdays so I don't feel guilty about eating pizza and drinking beer all weekend...

 

Some days too much other days not enough.

 

One high (8% +) ABV beer per day average 4 days per week.

 

working next day one to none .. not working could be 2-8.... all are 6% and up.

 

weekdays its rare, maybe a couple here or there. weekends its more accurately measured in hours.

 

I try not to drink at home Mon-Thurs. If I'm out in a pub/bar/restaurant mid-week I'll have 1-3.

Friday 3-4
Saturday 2-3
Sunday sometimes 1 at home but quite often nothing

Measure-wise we're talking 330ml/12oz or 1/2 an imperial pint. If I'm drinking a pint it won't be anything above 5.5%.

 

I try not to drink Mon-Thurs as well, but it never quite works out. Almost never. I typically will have one or two while prepping dinner before the wife comes home. Usually in the 7% range. Then after dinner I typically have 3 or 4 more, with the last beer of the evening being a Palate Wrecker for good measure.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are a free for all, at least a sixer of Sculpin, Torpedo, etc and an occasional bomber dropped in if need be. I should be very fat as that is a heck of a lot of calories...

 

I limit myself to 1 evening a week, sometimes 2 if there is something special going on. During football season, Sunday game day for sure.

Lately: sometimes I'll have one during the week, but usually I save it for the weekend and have 2-4 between Friday and Sunday nights.

Weekdays 0-1 weekend depends on the funds and what's going on.

im otherwise slim, which means i look even worse with this stupid little beer belly. if i were full blown fat i wouldnt care.

ive been trying to avoid beer during the week, with maybe 1 on Wednesday. If I'm not going to hit the gym, at least I can do this.

But I walk 4-5 miles a night most weekdays, so I'm going to start adding a beer to that as my reward. Or just drink it as I walk.

Holy shit. Revelation right there.
