Go ahead, avoid Peruvian Morning entirely, please. Maybe then it'll be around a little longer for the rest of us.

Did Peruvian Morning hit IL this year? My buddy picked up a 4pk not long ago and thought it was 2014, forgot to tell him about the marks on the side of the label that indicate the bottling year.

If the rest of you like drinking infected beer, have at it. I had your attitude last year when I bought PM and the BW, but after drain pouring a couple because they are off tasting, well that's no fun and will make you think twice about buying this beer again.

To let you know there was plenty of infected PM last year also. Go ahead though and don't believe it.

I'm adding a teaspoon of vanilla to each one I drink. I figure since the coffee is not very noticeable, I'll give it a nice vanilla forward flavor.

I honestly couldn't care less considering Central Waters has taken care of affected customers in the past.

Having said that, just release it next year as The Walking Dead Stout.

I don't know if you bastards are in my head or what... Had my second bottle out of the 4 pk tonight and it was way different than the first.

How much longer do you need it around? 2013 bottles were on the shelf until Oct/Nov.

I'm sure there must have been a few hiding somewhere out-of-the-way, but here in Madison they were long gone well before November.

If you call on the shelf at most places in Milwaukee, out-of-the-way, then I guess you are right.

Major bummer. I'm going to drink my last two this weekend and hope they can figure out what is going on, so they can continue to offer this beer in the future.

How many years of infection in this beer is this now?

So unfortunate that this has happened again.

I say nuke it. It's cursed. Start over with a different process, different coffee, and different name.

    3rd year in a row I think.

Had a Bruery beer last night that was infected and looked into it and it seems a pretty regular occurrence over there. From GreesyFizeek's comment, sounds like Central Waters may experience often as well.

What do these breweries need to do to fix this? I can assure you I am in no hurry to buy anymore Bruery beers and I'm sure Central Waters's rep has suffered a tad as well.

Pasteurization is the safest bet, I suppose, but then I'm not sure how they would handle aging if that were done.

I don't get CW in my state but I've had a few of their beers through trades/travel/etc. Can someone explain to me how a brewery consistently deals with infection issues?
