Wow - the 2008 Express was delicious. Toffee and Apples were very dominant.

I also tried the Brothers Quinn Rauchbier, Brunswick Mumme, Grätzer, Lichtenhainer, Sehr Crisp, Seison, Spice of Life (Ella), Spice of Life (Sorachi Ace), and the Incredible Mild.

Hi resin what else is there in my narrow mind as I gulp it down in a frosty glass. I prefer it in a frosty glass because of the abv and it tastes cleaner with that touch of citrus in the background. When the glass warms up I feel the buzz and makes for a perfect ending

probably one of the best collections of rare Sixpoint brews we assembled - Jeff did an awesome job on putting that together - and which one of those was your favorite?

The Seison and the Express (2008) were stand outs. I found the dill undertones of the Sorachi Ace Spice of Life to be very interesting.

The Lichtenhainer didn't agree with me at all though.

When you say you love beans, does that mean you love beans in beer, or stuff like coffee beans, cacao beans, and romano beans? Because those are the 3 Beans in the 3Beans. :-)

Its not for the faint of heart - that is one of those crazy archaic styles of beers and I'm glad the brewers had the chutzpah to try doing it. Some thought it tasted like blue cheese. Crazy!

If this thread didn't make you realize 3beans needs to be a regular or a seasonal than your not as smart as you seem

Fair enough. But keep in mind the barrel aged draft version will be coming out soon. :-)

We're getting regular shaped cans over here as opposed to the slim ones.

Any chance Spoons are going to start selling Resin anytime soon?

    Hi Padraig -

Looks like you took a few "doggie bags" home with you. :-)

For now we are going to be pouring the Crisp, Bengali, and Sweet Action - but stay tuned for future offerings. :-)

    cheers

If sixpoint would bring back 3beans, it would def. be a regular in my fridge. That is a damn good brew.

We care about the draft only barrel aged version, actually, most of don't. Just give us our 3beans in a can. Do the right thing!
