So, I'm curious to see other thoughts before I post an ISO. I want to get HF Norma, and a Damon (I don't care which one, DBD is not one I will even shoot for). Just curious what would be some good beers to shoot for these. Check out my FT list that I am thinking about.

    BT 2013
    CR 2014
    Melange #1 2013
    Bois
    Jackie O's Rum Oil
    Jackie O's Naja
    RR Supplication 2013

    What you guys think?

Those Bruery bottles should be enough for Damon at the very least...perhaps Norma (a new batch will be released within a couple months too). Be prepared to do something like BT or CR 1:1 for Damon and I bet it gets done. Good luck!

Awesome. That was what I was thinking but I wanted to double check before I insulted somebody. You think I could go 1:1 for Norma? or will I need to go 2:1?

Norma will be tougher. Only 700ish bottles and it's been like 11 months since release now. If you want Norma, I'd suggest waiting for this upcoming batch.

Thanks for the info, I wasn't sure when Norma was released. It sounds like an amazing beer. Plus that's my grandmothers name and I think she would get a kick out of sharing a beer with me that is her namesake.

No problem! Norma is really good, definitely worth the chase.

Sorry to revive this thread, but I didn't want to start another. Is anyone having luck getting Norma from this latest release? I seem to be having trouble landing one. Kind of surprising honestly, given that people are getting the stuff by the case (I've seen photos) and it's only $20 per bottle. I'm offering up bottles like Chocolate Rain, Darkness, Wicked Weed wilds, etc. Any suggestions? Cheers!

I was never able to land one. I haven't tried since the latest bottle release. My guess is that you will need to go with bottles that harder to get to land one. I was thinking about offering up Jackie O's Sours for a Norma, but not sure if I want to go through all the effort. If you land one let us know so we know the going rate!

Are you positive that it's cases of Norma? And not a case that contains some Norma, the 6 bottle allotment of Daybreak and some growlers?

Agreed. It was a 2 bottle limit and guarantee they stuck to it.

I'm pretty sure they upped it to 3 for at least Wed-Fri.

Website has said two but on the sign at HF they have had it at 3 for Wed/Thur/Fri. There is chance it will be reduced to 2 tomorrow. Either way, no one is getting cases of it without mules and/or going back 2 or more days in a row.

Anyone know a bottle count for this round of Norma? Sounds like people may have a bottle to trade away if they got 3 each.

Can anyone help a dude out that is looking for one? I have Jackie O's Sours, Bruery RS Beers, and a bunch of other great beers.

Yes, I am sorry for the confusion. The photos I have seen of guys with crazy numbers of bottles were obviously using mules, going back several days in a row, etc. I know this kind of thing probably happens a lot up that way, but given that it does, I guess I thought it might be easier to land a bottle in a trade. Maybe not.

I thought these bottles I was offering were pretty hard to get, honestly. But maybe I need a white whale to land this one. Good luck getting a bottle, if you end up trying! Thanks for the response.

Yea the bottles you are offering are great, no doubt. I think the higher end and more sought after HF bottles command a pretty high price tag. I have seen people trying to sell a Norma for $150 if that helps you out any.

True, but DBD sells for $350 so.......... Norma is a deal right?

Haha I guess it is all a matter of perspective. Good luck to you! Thanks for the responses. I will keep trying at this.
