Agreed, maybe my second favorite DIPA behind Abner. Heavy Machinery is a very similar profile to DS imo.

in all seriousness, if there is anyone going in or around the Austin area from Houston this week or anytime soon, I will pay you to pick me up 2 x 4 packs and buy you a 4-pack if you have the trunk space. . Just BM me... wish we'd get ABW here in Houston more... Anyone know if they still have any of it left at smith street from that shipment they got a week or so ago? I would definitely stop in tomorrow if they've got some peacemaker left...

If you are on North side. I saw a ton of pacemaker at specs spring cypress/249. They also have a few other abw. I think that is the only specs on north side that gets similar stuff as Smith

 

Isn't Pacemaker their new specialty beer for the elderly? I've heard good things.

thanks for the heads up, but i'm a loop snob. If I can't get it inside the loop, it's too far.

i know it's not the best stuff they make - just find it's a great beverage for a light session/drinking outside in the summer months.... can down a lot of them and it's not hard on the palate or the stomach.

Central Market Westgate, East 1st Grocery, Whole Foods for downtown spots. Several HEBs and the Specs in Round Rock also had/have it.

 

Any HEBs near bee cave/ jester king / dripping springs have this?
