Beers similar to Jade IPA?

    Looking for a real tropical fruity ipa. I've been getting a lot of piney west coast style IPAs like Hop Drop n Roll, so I'm ready to mix it up!

    Jade IPA is a NC treasure that most people have not heard of. I talked with some folks at Foothills last weekend--they were not surprised how well the bottling went over-they know it is good-but they were surprised at how fast it flew off the shelves.

    You got spoiled on that one. Super fresh Sculpin is similar. More Jade in a month.

    Haven't had Jade IPA, but many people describe Hop Ranch as having tropical fruit notes

    Hop ranch I've heard of but don't think I've seen. And I've still got one bottle of Jade left thankfully

    I drank my last bomber of Jade last night. Definitely a treat! I wish I had bought more.

    I'm assuming you mean Foothills Jade IPA that I actually had last night and I really enjoyed it.

    I have also had the Jade IPA from Lawson's that I honestly didn't like as much.

    Fresh Lagunitas lil sumpin sumpin or dirt wolf and hop ranch might be easy to find.

    Or try trading your Jade for some Heady. Stuff is mango juice

    Flower Power is amazing as well as Another One or Lunch from Maine Beer Co if you can find them.......I never saw these when I lived in TN or visited Asheville though

    Id love to try dirt wolf and heady too. I've seen guys trade HDR 1:1 for heady but I'm sure that's a longshot.
