Alesmith Wee Heavy-every sip is an adventure. Just an amazing puzzle of a beer.

    Cheers!

Most interesting/complex? Probably would have to go with Rogue's Voodoo Doughnut Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Banana. Had this for the first time last week and really enjoyed it, but this was the first beer that just made me think what the hell is this and what exactly am I tasting at this very moment? Every sip was like there was something different becoming noticeable and never reappearing.

For me it was Hanssens Oudbeitje (sp?). That beer brings a specific funk that I have yet to experience elsewhere. To me it smelled JUST LIKE a stinky french bleu cheese. Throw the strawberry on top of there and it was a really interesting experience.

    Achel Extra. Sort of otherworldly.

I recently had the BA version and it was outstanding. Intense flavors and one of the greatest mouth feels I've experienced in a brew.

The most interesting beer I've had in a while is Crooked Stave Nightmare on Brett (Leopold Bros). By far the best bourbon barrel sour I've tried.

He'Brew Sweet 16 Anniversary. 16 hops, 16 malts, and 16% make for a very interesting brew.

Seriously: curry, cumin, coconut, cayenne, and lime... in a stout. I compared it to a Willy Wonka candy in my review; the flavor changed as it went down your throat, practically. I've had it a few times and wouldn't rule it out again. It's a lot better than it sounds.
