    I want Vanilla Hellfighter next!!!...or something. Maybe a barleywine. I don't know. F it, just keep cranking them out Karbach, I'll still buy the fuck out of whatever they are.

    it would be a little surprising to see a barrel aged barleywine in the fun series (soon).. each of the fun beers so far we've seen the base beer distro'd before it went to barrel treatment. right?

    unless you count the rodeo clown ones barleywines (hyuckhyuckhyuck derp)

    Rodeo Clown is a Barleywine :slight_smile: Clown Lounge and Bodacious are actually really good barrel aged barleywines, people get to hung up on labels.

    In bottles maybe, but I think I had OG Hellfighter on tap before BBH came out.

    Yep. Hellfighter was available on draught for a while before there was a BBA version. In fact, the very first review on here for Hellfighter was by champ103 back in December 2011.

    Just cracked open a 001 Bodacious on Wednesday. Still holds its glory but def a barleywine style now. The oak is still there, merlot a little bit there but not great. Still good but not worth cellaring unless you're doing for a vert. Ah what the heck, it is worth cellaring because we don't get it often. I wouldn't mind if Karbach put out Bodacious as much as they do BA Hellfighter.

    Once I get my paws on that 10, I'm doing a 1 through 10 vertical, I expect to be incredibly belligerent.

    YA I think I may do mine for 1-10 as well. Its beginning to get a bit too large to handle.

    Kroger at Mason/99 (8011 West Grand Pkwy S, Richmond, TX 77407) just put out Karbach's 010 and SA's Berliner Weisse.
