I've had complex beers but I was amazed how AtG fully integrated the smoke, bourbon, and alcohol flavors into an well balanced stout. Not easy to do.

Yeah, that is a good one. Had it at a tasting, and wished I had a larger pour

Its really hard for me know to not just say the 14' §ucaba that I drank last night (that beer is a work of art) but I'll try...

Nope, can't do it.....there are plenty of amazingly complex beers out there but §ucaba wins for me

You know, I bought one of these and it was a drain-pour for me. I'm kind of wishing I'd had more patience with it, because, by the name, it should have been awesome.

When anyone says "complex," I immediately think of Belgian Quads. Rochefort 10 and Westvleteren 12 would be my pick, but Pannepot might actually be more complex, if that's your criteria.

Plenty of good stouts are very complex, as well, especially barrel aged versions. FW 17 is simply phenomenal. Just had a Mikkeller Beer Geek Brunch Weasel that was pretty amazing, despite no barrel aging.

Most interesting and complex? I think I'd go with Pannepot, personally. Not my favorite quad, but it fit the OP criteria, without a doubt.

I may have previously posted in this thread, but after the taste of double barrel Huna I had today (thanks to Joe at the Side Project release for sharing a taste of this beer) I can definitely say that's the most complex beer I've ever tasted.. Crazy layers of flavor with notes from all of the additions and both barrels coming through!
