Final Gravity Bottle Share - April 6th @ Noon

    We are going to start doing a monthly bottle share for the Sacramento (and whoever else wants to attend) folks. Final Gravity is nice enough to host for us, so this will be a regular thing going forward. I hope to see a lot of familiar, as well as new faces! Please share this with your beer buddies who aren't on BA. Here is the boring stuff:

    1. Please do not bring more than two 750ml bottles worth of beer to share. There will be plenty of beer, so please let your generosity overflow into the next share instead. If you don't have much to share, come anyway and buy a bottle from one of FG's coolers. There will be beer of all levels so don't feel any pressure, beer and socializing is meant to be fun.

    2. Please let FG employees open your bottles. This is a legal issue and we don't want Kyle or Amy to get in trouble. Tip your servers!

    Nope. FG is definitely the best pub in NorCal. OG is the best pub in the Bay. Although, I do miss my FG a lot.

    Nope, but I hope I can make it up there to see FG one of these days! Maybe we could do a "Collaboration Not Litigation" type of cross-promotion :grinning:

    Heretic in Fairfield is closer to "meet in the middle" and probably more accommodating. (just sayin') :slight_smile:

    Looking forward to the share on the 6th.

    I have no idea what I'm going to bring to this, and it isn't because I don't have any beer. I have over 14 cubic feet I need to drink down...

    Been in the area for less than a year and would like to start joining in on these type events. Kinda curious how long you all plan to be there? I go cycling with a group on Sundays and wouldnt be able to get there till 2pm at the earliest. And if you havent you guys should get FG to post it on their website under events.

    I would assume this would like 4-5 hours, and I have no idea because this is the first one in the area. Turnout will dictate length is my guess. Call FG and see how it's going when you're done cycling.

    yeah... We really didn't even scratch the surface. I didn't even dig into the 12 oz bottles....

    and if anybody is still looking for Sucaba or The Abyss, Sucaba can be found at the Roseville whole foods and the BevMo on Fairway in Roseville still has about two cases of Abyss.
