    Well, upstairs "hallway/foyer" painted! Tomorrow it's going to be the living room. Oldest son got back from travel team baseball tryouts and off to the local diner for dinner. Back home and....
    First time having this and loving it! Dark char, roasted malts, chocolate, espresso, burnt molasses. Coats our tongue in that deliciousness! Straight outta da fridge, so waiting for it to warm up a little.

    Don't drink Irish whiskey all that much (I'm mostly a bourbon man), but an old Air Force friend turned me on to it a couple of decades ago. I've probably had six or seven bottles over the years.

    I like it since it's really smooth and light in character and goes well lighter beers. Then, too, it goes well with a good stout...
