    Playing catchup tonight. Had a Cold Snap w/ lunch at Red Robin today, tasty beer almost stole the SA glass it was served in. Followed up tonight with a Sculpin and a Due South Category 3.

    The 07-08 were my favorites. The recipe definitely changed at 2011 and was sweater as well as not as dark or roasty and the coffee was almost non existent. Thats the cool thing about verticals especially ones that span that many years you definitely get to see how the beer changes and develops over time and not just in the aging but in the recipe itself as well. 06-10 were surprisingly quite different than the 11-13.
