I've recommended quite a few on that list over the years- it almost feels like they're stalking me . I guess I have to give it a thumbs-up!

Wow, not even SN Stout? I get that some people pass up relatively inexpensive and almost nationally available beers in favor of "more exciting" options, but man...do yourself a favor and get a six pack of that one, if nothing else from the list.

That said...I think that's also the only one from there that I've had. I may have had the Rogue and Anderson Valley stouts years ago when I was still just trying random things from the shelves, but Sierra Nevada is the only one of those 10 that I've ever specifically sought out. And it's a fantastic and under-appreciated beer given both the price and availability. I think I might have to go buy some now.

"No Imperial, BBA, or adjuncts allowed."

edit: derp, there are several other beers with oats listed. I just don't know. Eh.

I saw it in Krogers one day but I was looking for Sucks lol, so yes I was looking for what I guess I was considering more exciting. I will try it.

I would have put Kalamazoo Stout on the list, but no real complaints otherwise.

Be sure to get it under 4 months old or so- it's pretty hoppy for a stout.
