I disagree. Awesome and sessionable beer. It's definitely overshadowed by everything else that they make.

Frankly, I don't want them to get rid of everything. I just want MOAR!!!

Tomlinson Tap Room went through a 1/2 barrel in an hour last night. At that rate it won't matter how much they make.

More Zombie Dust less Dark Lord.

Have they announced the date for Zombie Dust Day yet?

Troll ass son of a stitch.. be careful what you say! The FFF brothers may just do something as stupid as this... I don't trust their logic after the roller coaster ride of 2011.

Ha! This made me laugh. What a turnaround that would be, eh?

Along those lines, they did have Zombie Dust at DLD last year. It was the first time I ever had it. That keg blew pretty fast.

Why should they sacrifice the production of a wondeful beer (and a top seller) for another beer? As mentioned there's never going to be enough citra available to replace Alpha King anyway.

Let's face it they run out of any or all of there beer because they make it so well. That is why we put up with there lack of organization. I was at the brewpub last fall and got every case of Alpha King they had......all three of them, so I took 3 cases of Robert the Bruce as well.

I want them to make Hell's Black again, that was a great coffee stout. They should drop Black Sun and bottle Hell's Black in its place.

I could get on board with that.

I'm mostly in agreement with everyone in here; drop Pride & Joy, Jinx Proof (is that still in 6 packs?) and double up on ZD/AK. Now, of course FFF isn't listening to us, but I was glad to be part of the circle jerk that is this thread.

Pretty glad I haven't been able to join in on the ZD craze. One of the few things by the boys there I just can't quite get into.

But that's okay. I'll gladly walk in and take a Bruce, Apocalypse Cow, Rabbid Rabbit or Moloko without fighting off the swarms of people. So yes, please, continuing pining over the Dust. Works out for me just fine

Even Pride & Joy doesn't like being Pride & Joy.

I just remember having a pint while it was on, going back to the tent for more, and it had kicked. Maybe early afternoon. I dunno. All I know is that I was bummed. I hadn't heard of it before DLD last year.

It was my first DLD, and there was certainly a lot to take in.

Edit: More on topic, I would love for some FFF distribution. I haven't had many of their beers, but I haven't had one I didn't like. I will take the ones you guys aren't fans of.

Hell, I got one of the girls serving at one of the tents outside to fill my growler at about 6:30pm before I left. My guess is that the keg they were serving from kicked right before he got to the front of the line and they weren't going to let people wait around for them to get the next one up and running, given the crowds in the middle of the day.

Obviously, you haven't drank much FFF, then. Zombie isn't even their best beer...A great beer for the style, but Dreadnaught is still king. Sorry to say, being a stoutie and big beer fan, I also still love DL.
