Still a couple of cases of last years sitting at stores that no one wants. Rogue needs to drop these all together.

It's still there. I like those guys a lot, but there isn't a price low enough to move that beer...

FYI on processing time, they're processing a little quicker now. Mailed a couple applications on March 1 and they were all approved in this last round (03/21/2014). Weren't actually on the website until 03/25.

I may have missed this, but what brewery are you with?

I saw Lone Pint's Pioneer Po-Cha-Na-Quar-Hip Braggot in bottles today at a SPECS.

Yeah, that's been out for about a month now I think? I can't wait to see Yellow Rose in bottles/cans

No direct brewery affiliation, I just work for a lawyer who does a fair amount of TABC paperwork.

I think the Brunch Money Ale is actually being produced by Armadillo Ale Works in Denton, but they brew at Deep Ellum's facility currently until they get their feet underneath them

Are we every getting Bourbon County Barley wine, or is that a lost cause?

Maybe the breweries are sending their labels in earlier so the beers won't be held up when they are ready.

Could be. But, I doubt they know for sure the labels of a Christmas beer in March unless they are just re-using the same label.

I'm not one for starting new threads... Looks like KBS and Old Curmudgeon just hit Austin. Stuff's gonna get real!

Most distributors and stores could care less about arbitrary dates. Most distributors are very set in their ways with delivery dates and what not (e.g. BEK delivers to stores XYZ on Friday mornings)

Agreed, but in Texas before the release date is unheard of. Things are heading in the right direction.
