    Win or lose I am breaking out the good stuff... Deschutes Abyss 2010, got a firm Job offer up in KC! Will entail some training in OKC, hope to meet up for some beers at some point!

    Just now having my first brew of the night, and guess what? Not a Torpedo, not a Hoptimum, heck, it's not even from Sierra Nevada!

    I tip my glass to you. We've been a Greyhound household for the past 15 years. Unfortunately we had to put our last one down a few weeks ago (was having life altering health issues that couldn't be helped any further). We're taking a break for the time being but don't count us out for more of these wonderful dogs in the future. Enjoy that beer, you've earned it! :slight_smile:

    I loved that beer last year, more so than Hop Czar. Nice brew!

    It is pretty malty but there is definitely a decent amount of citrusy hops. I didn't expect it to but the coffee and citrusy hops worked really well together.

    Sidenote, it's too bad the only person who didn't enjoy it gave it a 1.35. That's killing the average score right now.

    Got a bottle of Cisco Brewers' Indie Pale Ale on a trade at DLD, decided to drink/review it tonight. I'd wager to say I got a bad bottle. It was vomit water.

    Stopped into a bottle shop I never frequent located a short distance from my office. Didn't look like much from the outside. However their cooler held a lone 4 pack of Founders Imperial Stout and two 4 packs of Founders FBS. Nice finds indeed and welcome additions to the cellar. Split my last Heady Topper and a Hoppin Frog Hop Damn Triple IPA with a hophead friend. Closing the evening with this considering my new finds...
