LI beer drinkers/bottle shares

    I've met MANY awesome local BAs and have an amazing group of LI'ers that I regularly share brews with, but I feel we've barely scratched the surface. I've traded some conversations with a wide array of LI'ers and NYC'ers willing to come out to LI over the past few months, but figured it would be easier to keep track of folks actually interested in meeting up in a single thread. So if you are on LI, or are wiling to come out to LI to open some bottles, post here. I'd love to have a single resource. I'm pretty much always down to share brews (and have more than I can handle to share) so I'd love to be able to have a healthy list of locals that I can reach out to for pulling together tastings or mini-tastings. I'm happy to meet up with just 1 other BA or 10 other BAs, so if this sounds appealing to you and you will actually be able to meet up, then post here. I'll check your wants, if I can hit something, then let's get together and open them bottles so you can get your tick!!!

    It would be wonderful if we could have a big ol' community of LI'ers into this crazy beer thing so we can all help each other out and get to try tons of brews. Live on LI and are able to meet up to share bottles (or live on LI and are thirsty)? Post in this thread...let's stop competing and start collaborating.

    Hard for me with the wife and kids too, but Id love to share some bottles, just built a house with a full basement for my new beer cellar/bar that hopefully will be done by christmas. I have some super rare bottles that Im waiting to crack with some people. keep me informed

    I'm new, but I'd be down. I've got a pretty solid outdoor space in Astoria too that would be good for a small (10 person) meet-up that I'd like to try to put together at some point.
