My buddys brother currently lives in Coalinga and he is visiting next month. He told me he would pack some beer on his checked bag if I can figure out where he can get it. I have absolutely no knowledge of California whatsoever when it comes to regions and cities. Is there anywhere in Coalinga or very close to it where you can land RR beers easily?
I would just drop dead and die at this point. No point in living if there is no Russian River available to you ..
He'd probably be lucky to find Bud Platinum in Coalinga. Where's he flying out of though? If the bay area he may be able to find something if he did a little legwork.
Good point, hadn't thought of that. Will have to ask because I'm not sure. Closest access to Russian River I have in OH is a beer store in Pitt (2.5 hours). Got some Pliny, Damnation, and Temptation there last month but its kind of a crap shoot and they typically keep hush hush when they get it.
