    I talked to a Lagunitas Rep today. He said they're brewing Night Time, as in play with Day Time. I'm guessing it's a Session Black IPA. But he didn't state too much of the style.

    Are you sure you're looking for the right flavor? Rye isn't the strongest flavor- a lot like a richer, thicker, and more fusel-y/spicy wheat IMO. Slightly more of a caramel flavor, IMO better described as just tasting "richer". If I recall correctly, it's hard to use more than 30% rye, and based on my experience with ~30% rye beers, I can't see the (rye) flavor overpowering more than a small amount of roasted malt or hops.

    This one is a great example, and possibly still available. I got mine in mid January.

    Was thinking about drinking one of the last bottles of KBS I have from last year, when I noticed this in the back of the fridge. Don't remember buying it, but boy do I love this beer with 2+ years on it... definitely a good idea.

    Lol yes. We have a pretty decent cellar so he has some awesome beers and he knows how much i love the IPA's. If it was the last beer left if the world, he would probably say "you can have it :slight_smile:"
