Anyone interested in setting up a Peninsula Bottle Share?

    Ya I'll be hitting up a Beer Rev weekend one again at some point, that was fun. But Oakland is still a 2 hour public transit trip for me, whereas San Mateo is closer to 15 min....

    Children stealing our beer money with their "education" and now beerblocking :grimacing: , they better at least be helping with the homebrew otherwise why would they even need to exist in the first place. I feel you pain...

    There's good news for you, bignuke... I just talked with Adam, and Wednesday the 23rd is definitely out. Most Wednesdays he's manning the bar totally solo, and it's busy enough that he can't make a share happen under those circumstances. He's totally up for hosting on Sundays, however.

    How's Sunday June 3rd look for everyone? I'm in, and I'm planning to bring a Fou Foune and a Bitches Brew as a pre-event of the Firestone Invitational.

    Hmm, thought I posted this earlier, but I guess not.

    I think June 3rd is the next Beer Rev bottle share, no? Might not be the best idea to have competing BA bottle shares in the Bay Area?

    I may be in, don't know my schedule yet for that weekend.

    You might be right. If that's the case, why don't we look at June 17? Make it a very different Sunday to avoid conflict. Both of the next two weekends are out for me, as is the weekend of the Firestone festival.

    I live pretty close (north San Mateo/south Burlingame), and work in Foster City. I'd definitely be down for a bottle share at Grape and Grain. :grinning:

    I'm going to be relocating to San Mateo very soon. I've never been to a tasting like this before and would love to check it out. Is the June 17th tasting on for sure?

    I could maybe make the 17th! We'll see, schedules are getting nutso for the summer (my brother is moving here, I'm moving, my girlfriend's starting some ridiculous work project with crazy hours, etc).
