I think it's probably the best BA beer that Stone has done. The coffee version is even better.

Drinking a bottle of Fyodor's right now and I find it amazing, fwiw - pretty much perfect, can't think of a single complaint. Will definitely grab another bottle or 2 if I get the chance.

Wouldn't that mean it's the second best BA beer Stone has done?? lol

On Saturday during "Bikes n Beers SD" carried one of each from Stone Liberty Station the remaining 10 miles of bikes/breweries, hope it was worth the extra weight!

ISO for both of these. Come out of nowhere and can't seem to find any for sale

Kinda curious.... being that its a brewery release only beer, why isn't the Mikhail's more "hot?" Is it due to the price?

yeah, QM's also don't have the best track records as well. So it's a case of a lot of people having been burned in the past and not tempting fate again.

From what I hear, this these two BA beers are delicious.

That's my point. These two are amazing, but folks have not had the best track record of getting their value from past QM releases. Hell, the last BA IRS was infected or half filled.

Tagged with an almost $20 price tag is why it sits on the shelves. Besides, with what, five outlets to sell these out of being the ODD is Company store exclusive and moving close to 1500, it seems like it'll sit a while on the shelf anyway.

First time it's available in (Non-Infected) bottles. Basically it's the normal BA IRS, with a different name, because Stone.

I opened one 3-4 months ago and thought it was fantastic. Definitely didn't seem too hot. I'd recommend opening one.

I've had Fyodor's and did not think it was boozy at all. I still have a couple of bottles left, thinking of cracking one open tonight

I just wish they didn't get greedy and sold these special editions in regular 22oz or 750ml bottles. Stone is otherwise extremely fair, but with these ones, it's hard to justify the 18-20 bucks on a BBA IRS for a 500ml bottle, considering other offerings go for less and are better (Parabola is 15-17 and is a 22oz, Clown Shoes makes loads of top notch stuff and prices it fairly, BBA Santa's Little Helper is similar in quality and is between 15-17 for a 22oz...)

Not anymore, unfortunately. It's now a 12oz cork and cage bottle for around the same price.

I otherwise agree re: value (hell, I rarely buy favorites like Parabola anymore due to price), but have you had Fyodor's? For me, BA Santa's Little Helper doesn't hold a candle to it.
