KBS and/or Black Note In Florida

$6 and change 2/person in Brevard

 

no one seems to know anything about black note yet.

st pete and sarasota didn't get it today, that much i know.

 

Any word on Jacksonville? I know that TW, usual has no clue on anything up here. Looks like 1 ABC in town got a case and TW is saying maybe today, tomorrow, or Thursday.

 

Got one bottle of KBS at TW Boca ($5.99 per bottle). They also had the new Game of Thrones beers behind the counter along with DFH WW Stout, which is probably still $10 per bottle.

Interested in finding Black Note as well.

Any idea if Crown Wine & Spirits is getting either of these?

I agree. Just drove 20 minutes both ways to get one bottle, but screw it man I have fun hunting. But man if I could have gotten 2 it would have been twice as nice you know. I'd have a full 4 pack actually lol.

But there are still different stores to check so I'm pretty optimistic. My ace in the hole didn't get any unfortunately, it sucks cuz he's a great dude and runs a great shop. Same with my local ABC, manager is cool as hell but he wasn't one of the top 10 ABC accounts to get it.

 

I bought a single bottle at TW Tampa at 1115 or so. Said they got two cases and had only a few bottles left. Another poster says he got one at noon. At least 5-6 bottles walked out in the few minutes I was there. Who knows how much they actually got?

ABC Kennedy and North Dale Mabry got their case and my understanding is they are long gone too.

 

Well that sucks. I was "on the list" for ABC on Kennedy and the manager said he would call when it came in but I never heard anything. Not that it really matters since I'm at work and wouldn't have been able to get to the store before now.

I'd call said Manager, you may be alright. I called around noon and the person I talked to said they had come and gone. They could still be holding brews for you.

 

I've had KBS and BCBS, but not within a few months of each other. Is there that much of a difference?

 

I picked up some over lunch in Brevard. I had little faith in Brown delivering on this, but they surprised me.

 

Black Note is hitting ATL this week as well, so look for it in FL.

It's more limited in numbers than KBS, so if you struck out on KBS, chase harder, or don't expect it.

 

Friend just got 50 dollars from a guy outside gator beverages in gville for kbs.....one 12 ounce bottle...50 dollars :facepalm:

 

Props to your friend for making $50 off that guy....LOL.

Found a 4 pack at tipples (they sold out quick) and I imagine gator beverage still has some because they were selling one at a time.

 

Damn...big spender.

Kbs will be popping up all week guys. The store up the road from me is only getting it on Thursday.
