Binnys on Clark and Wellington got 2 cases. 1 4-pack per customer. They still have a few left.

I think there was a lot more than 2 cases. There was about 20 people in line this morning at 9 and all of us got a 4-pack. I thought I saw 8 or 10, but you can't really tell from a distance with the writing so small on the cases.

Edit: I also picked up a bottle of Mirror Mirror.

My bad, I must have misunderstood. I think he may have said 2 cases left. And, why didn't you share here that they had it?!?

My friend told me about it, I thought he got that info from BA, maybe not? I assumed it was going to be a scene like the DG Binny's or S. Loop, 150 ppl in line way before and half get shut out. I was happily surprised when it wasn't and jumped on here as soon as I got to the office to spread the word, you had just beaten me to it.

    Anyways, everybody go get some!

Huge difference between the 9am crowd and the 5pm crowd. I think one of them is doing a 6pm release tonight. Probably people already in line

Curious, would you buy a $20 bomber of KBS?

For 22 oz or is the bomber bigger?

If it's 22 oz then probably not. Break it down to a per ounce price. Is 90 cents per ounce a good price?

Well, no. You buy two 12 oz. bottles at Binny's for $5.49, thats .46/oz. A $20 bomber of KBS would be .91/oz.

Pure logic man. Appreciate people who break it down by the ounce.

As wrong as it is for some reason I would pay $20 for bomber, but I wouldn't pay $10/12 oz. bottle.
    Makes no sense I know....

Id assume so. ha. the guy working even told me he got in an argument w the owner about selling $13 KBS. he even went as far as to tell me NOT to buy any bc he thinks his boss is "stealing" from customers. I personally have no problem with people charging what they want at their own business, but I know im gonna pay a premium if I ever stop in there. i generally never buy anything other than a sixer of something common where ill pay maybe a buck more than elsewhere. Belport down the street is starting to get a good selection finally and is cheaper. dont get the more rare beers but for a nice 6pack ill stick w Joe there.

His point was this: If KBS was sold exclusively in 22 oz format and the going-rate was $20/bottle, would you pass on it when it was released?

Convenience of having 10 more ounces in one bottle? What numerical value can we give that?

I think that, yeah, I would probably buy one. I pay that much for others. But I wouldn't wait in line for it, nor would I need to.

I admit there's no logic to my thinking....

No I'm being serious. There's some value in the convenience in one bottle rather than two
