They just put an updated tap list up on their Facebook Event. I know Nuzzy is forgoing TAP NY next weekend so he can go down to DFH and pick up a couple of more kegs so this list should grow next week, too.

I'm pretty sure they set the record for the most DFH taps in one spot last year and this year will be even bigger. Last year they did a timed release of the beers throughout the day, but this year instead they will be getting a couple beer jockeys and putting all of the beers on at 11AM. I think I am going to go around lunch time to grab some of the rare stuff I know is going to kick then come back to party later on that night.

Anyone else going? I know it gets a little crowded and a little hectic, but it's a fun time regardless.

Here's the most current list as of 4/23:

i will most likely be stopping by, although nothing on that current list is really jumping out at me as exciting. Last year I thought the highlights were the randalled variations, and of course 120 is always nice on tap.

There will be at least a couple of randalls going, they just haven't announced them yet. This weekend was 90 minute through nugget hops, I think the 60 days to DFH night was something through tootsie rolls. Would be surprised if they did something different for the big day. Last year I had some Midas Touch through mint and orange peels. Not bad.

Ohh, I'm adding it to my calendar. My dad lives a little over a mile away from the Ruck. Sounds like a perfect opportunity for a visit!

I know a few people who went last year and claim it was "too crazy to be any fun." They're not really all that into beer, however.

    What say you, BA?

I went to one and it was pretty crowded and I waited a long time to get a beer from the randle (first had to wait in line at the bar to pay then wait in line with a ticket for the beer and they were having issues with it) that being said they have changed alot of things. When i went they only had a few beers on early and the rest went on later on (maybe 8). This year i think everything will be on starting at noon so i'm planning on trying to go earlier before it gets too crazy.

Yeah it takes a while to get a drink but when isn't that the case during a tap takeover? If you're going to sit down with an intimate group of friends to discuss tasting notes, this isn't for you. This is the Ruck's biggest celebration of the year and people act as such.

I plan on going early as well, grabbing the rares, leaving and coming back at 9-10 to party later on.

Great Job. I think i'm going with a few beers that arnt good bang for the buck alcohol wise but i have had and seem interesting (Poppaskull) or are amazing and i havent had on tap (Bitches). It was still cool to see the breakdown tho.

Side note: Do you know what the randalls are going to be?

I'm here now. Saison Du Buff through pineapple and habanero, then WWS through espresso and chocolate. The Saison Du Buff is mind-blowingly good. Poppaskull is interesting.
