KBS sightings around Pittsburgh 2014

They had KBS at Giant Eagle Robinson today. They were hidden around the beer section like Easter eggs, single bottles hidden in big barrels of assorted beer. Pretty sure I got the last one at around 3 pm.

 

I've always been under the impression that the store is always organized like that.

 

That is awesome. Good for them in doing something original.

I guess I'd be upset too if I didn't get a free $300 profit at a gifted again this year.

I actually like the place and they have an especially great local selection, but this is just hilariously hypocritical.

Edit: that link may not work. the gist is complaining of Founders distribution being greedy and overcharging for KBS.

 

The House was sold out at 11:30. Maybe next year.

I'm hearing giant eagle in robinson got 9 cases. All of which weren't put out at once

 

I was there last night and I asked them and they said they had no idea. Pretty sure the girl there was BS-ing me.

 

They may have had no idea but yesterday one of the other beer dept. leads for a different location said robinson got a lot of it. I'd check periodically throughout the week there.

 

Although if you ask someone to check in the cooler for it and they don't give it to you. I'd just complain they give everyone 25$ gift cards no matter how silly the complaint.

I was at Robinson ge monday morning they said it wasn't on the truck that day. Really pissed if they got 9 cases. South hills ge got 3 cases today, 1 bottle limit.

 

Bottles are gone at smokin'. Still have a 1/4 barrel pouring.
