Well it is certainly established that "prison-chic" sells.

The Shcok Top brewers probably are making a perfect knock-off of HT, just for their own consumption! They have the all the skills and resources. Whip up a batch, declare it a failure, then drink up!

I'm looking forward to the Shock Top Pretzel variant. Seriously, I'm not kidding

I tried the Lego porter, but it didn't quite stack up ...

Ha, I just had it at a bar the other day. The aroma is actually pretty cool, just like a pretzel.

I'd rather drink water than Shock Top(or Blue Moon).

Shock Top = Michelob = In-Bev/AB. Everything they make is pure garbage. Too bad so many people that they're a microbrewery.

After detailed review of the evidence, I have concluded that the statement above was in fact not literal. Rather, hyperbole is used to express the fact that Shock Top has conducted a great deal of experimentation pertaining to the formulation of new recipes.

Finally we can get some rest.

The OP was making fun of Shock Top, albeit in a rather obtuse manner. Someone doth protest too much, methinks.

Seems to me Shock Top made fun of itself with a ludicrous post like that.

    Shock Top IPA?
    Shock Top DIPA?
    Shock Top Scotch Ale?
    Schock Top Bock?
    Shock Top Stout?
    Schock Top Goze?
    Shock Top Lambic?

I must have missed those releases.

Common sense disproves the claim even if the statement was hyperbolic. I don't think a brewer alive can make that claim in sincerity.

What was that Vince Vaughn movie where he calls Twitter "Twotter"? Yeah, that. Seriously, though, how long before people start actually talking like this? "Damn, that was a great at beer, I am pumped to be at this brewpup. Number sign great times".
