I tend to get none of the flavor and none of the booze. I just think you get bigger flavor out of a gose or berliner. Or a blonde ale single hopped with citra.

Assuming "all the flavor" in a beer to you comes from dry hopping. I've had one session IPA that didn't seem like a hollow shell of a real IPA covered up with dry hopping. Maybe I just don't "get it".

While it's not going to be the 'big thing' this year, I would like to see some more breweries making a stab at the classic american pilsner.

It seems like session IPA is the style of the moment. Its crazy how many are on the market right now

I hope the session beer trend dies quick.

Agree with pretty much everything Jay has said. I expect fruited goses to be big. Hopefully this just means more excellent beer options...

If Breweries were smart they would go back to perfecting the Pale Ale...Everyone is doing everything else right now. PA is where it's at when it comes to challenges. How do you make yours stand out?

Boy we are so lucky. I remember when the next trend was diet beer and hoping breweries came out with their bock beer every spring.

Yes, additional choice for ABV options is terrible thing.
