Wow, that is a very interesting observation, but I guess you know more than the rest of us.

it's also possible that people lining up for good beer do know about beer

or it could be Noble's is flooding their market. Simcoe, Messenger, and TBA were back-to-back weeks, no?

They are shooting for having a new beer released every wednesday. At some point that does saturate the market. I know I couldn't keep up with it being a weekly thing. I'll stop by when I can this weekend for it, but no way can you sustain that sort of release schedule.

I've brought this up (not about Noble in particular) in previous discussions. There are new releases that seem to be weekly or every other week. For me, it's impossible to keep up especially if many of these releases are on the expensive side. On one end, I'm thankful for the selection we have available to us. On the other, I just wonder how much of this product is actually being purchased. Is the pace at which craft consumers grow matching the pace that product is being made and released?

Noble doesn't produce a whole lot, especially of the special release beers. As far as I know they only use their two giant fermenters for the core beers like Big Wig, Pistol Whip'd, and Breaker. I think for the most part they are able to sell most of the special release stuff they bottle.

Maybe I should have posted my comment in a new thread as it's not specifically about Noble. It's just an observation about new beers in general.

I think with the proliferation of these new regular releases the product will be more readily accessible across the board, I mean there is still Simcoe Showers at my WF as of today. Also with so many of Nobles one offs, i.e. ( Showers and The Messanger ) now being bottled almost weekly, the buzz for these will curtail over time which is not uncommon for any brewery to experience.

excluding the Messenger, it's been 2 weeks since Simcoe Showers. so is the 3 n half month release? what happened to monthly release? not complaining.

Yeah I agree with what you said, but as pertains to Noble I think people sometimes forget how small they are.

Dumb comment about following hype - they opened early today - same fan boys - it's was an amazing brew - best one yet

Yeah, because if this was Galaxy or Mosaic Showers it would have the same level of fan boys as TBA Showers. Don't understand why people feel the need to white knight so much. Hype Hops drive hype.

I might have come down but The Bottle Room got a keg of Nelson so I went there instead. Figured TBA Showers would still be available tomorrow

Simcoe Showers was the best so far...IMO. Look forward to checking out most of these.

I noticed Pipeworks aiming for the same schedule; releasing 2 or 3 beers every 2 to 3 weeks, so it's almost on a weekly basis. Some of the brews are rotating though so it helps those that want to try every single one that the brewery spits out. It seems the craft beer community only benefits from this, unless there's something I'm not seeing yet.

No growler fills of yet. The last 2 showers they did towards the end. First 2 kicked early with no fills.
