Tapped some Founders Centennial tonight at the coop. Come fill those growlers with some fresh hoppy goodness.

I'm moving back to Syracuse after six years in South Florida, and I'm pretty happy to see that there's some good stuff available up here. The recent addition of Founders should ease the sting of no more Cigar City (except when visiting the parents). I drove by Galeville this afternoon on the way back from the realtor's office, but didn't stop. Looks like I might have to go in tomorrow.

I tasted that Centennial on the growler the other night and it's as fresh as I've ever tasted that beer, absolutely killer. Made me do a 180 when I tasted it, relative to what I remember it being. Besides, isn't most Double Trouble out there getting old right around now, anyway?

I will be in Syracuse this weekend, where is the coop? Do you carry more Founders on top of the Centennial?

I was in Syracuse this past weekend. On top of the Centennial, they had Dirty Bastard (which I bought) Rye PA, Cerise and Curmudgeon.

Fair enough. I'm seeing it down here in NC, at least in bottle format. I think they waited to open in the Syracuse market until the tail-end of Double Trouble, because it's not anywhere around upstate NY as far as I could tell. Maybe they had already accounted for this year's batch(es) of Double Trouble before they opened in our market?

Regardless, I'm already looking ahead to Devil Dancer and Breakfast Stout!

I picked up some Double Trouble in NC and it was the February bottling. I'm pretty sure it's what was left from their last order while it was still available. I know from experience that it stores pretty well for a few months, anyway. We brought a bunch back to Florida last year from Michigan and it didn't start to show its age until about six months.

The Co-op still had all those yesterday, but were selling down. If they're out when you get there, try the Tops up the street at Nottingham plaza (620 Nottingham Rd). They had a full display yesterday. Or if you prefer to stay out of the grocery stores, Brilbeck's still had a ton of all of those on Monday.

There were more Wookey's than Parabola....I saw one bottle of Parabola left (after I got mine) over a few Wookeys. Hope you got your hand on a Parabola. I assume Galeville and Brilbecks should be getting them also.
