    If by police ourselves you mean making sure to kick a guy while down, but not hard enough to break his ribs, I think we are on the same page!!!! This is going to be EPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I think if the trash talking will continue, we should also add a hockey quote(from a hockey movie) to go along with the trash talking...."All right, one period left. One period away from winning it all or losing to these miserable hackers with their shit-eating grins and their Saturday night wrestling tactics. One period away from remembering something for the rest of your life or something you wanna forget."

    Let the games carry on. and F* Working today, time spent on BA = way better!!!

    so how do we want to assign teams?

    i'm thinking assign NHL playoff teams seeds from 1-16...based on their overall points in regular season...

    each of us are then randomly assigned a # from 1-16...I can enter our iBA names into a random draft order generator online...and then we each get assigned a team based on our draft order

    thoughts?

    Count me in for random team assignment, I'll be rooting for my Blackhawks all the way but getting a team in the East wouldn't be so bad.

    Down for random draw. If fate gives me the Rangers then I'm feeling GD good about their chances.......against the flyers anyway.

    Gonna be a playoffs for the ages! And winning this will be the cherry on top of the real beer floats I make with all your beers! Yeah I'm talking to the pretty boy from California who thinks his ducks are legit. Please just go ahead and randomly give him the ducks.

    Random works for me. Doesn't matter who I get, long as I can trash talk some fine folks in this thread and have a beer while doing it. Good luck to all!!!

    Random/ draft; don't matter. I'd tend to just say pull at random so we don't need to schedule a draft tho. Can't wait for playoff puck! Greatest sport / greatest playoffs...now add trash talk & beers...sounds like something great just got better!!

    Ok...sounds like random so here's what's gonna go down:

    The 16 playoff teams will be assigned #1-16 based on the final standings at the end of today...i will then put all our BA names into a draft order generator online and it will randomly assign us all a number and thats your team...if your team wins the stanley cup you get 7 boxes, if they are runner-up you get 5 and if you had one of the other final 4 teams, you get a box - top 4 members dont have to send boxes

    Beers as mentioned should be 85 and above rated on BA - I will post all participants BA names and their states of domicile, so that we all know what's up and can direct trash talk appropriately :-)

    If i get the Rags or Phlyers it's gonna be tough to root against them, UGH!

    Will do this all tonight when today's games are over.

    OK - playoff teams are set - I need 3 people's email addresses so that I can generate the random team order - once i have the emails (guys have been notified) - we will know our teams

    Again, we will all receive a # via random draft order generator and our #s will correspond to the list below for this playoff BIF

    1 - Boston
    2 - Anaheim
    3 - Colorado
    4 - St Louis
    5 - San Jose
    6 - Pittsburgh
    7 - Chicago
    8 - Tampa Bay
    9 - Montreal
    10-Los Angeles
    11-Minnesota
    12-New York
    13-Philadelphia
    14-Columbus
    15-Detroit
    16-Dallas

    As soon as i have everyones email, i will enter our emails into the random draft order generator and we will receive our #s via email.
