The good news is that the Sun King was the weakest beer in that box. Everything else is superior. Still hate to hear about a break though

Awesome box, I can't wait to try these, I've never had any and they all sound amazing.


My box was slightly delayed but should find its way to its destination early next week, so if you're still waiting it'll be there soon!

The Growler is Masala Mama. Oops i forgot to put a Liftbridge (LB) beer in the box and accidentally put 2x Coffee Benders instead i guess.

The Steel Toe Size 11 is a brewery only release. Hope you enjoy. Yeah i was going to put a can of spam in but couldn't find any of the funny flavored ones. The non beer related item was the hardest item to find, hopefully the 233 ounces of beer make up for it

I'm SUPER excited about the Size 11, and since I'm a vegetarian I'm glad to have missed on the Spam! I can't wait to try the Masala Mama too. Every single beer in here sounds great, I think I'll be opening one soon

 

Once this BIF is done, I need to hook up with one of you MN guys ... Soontir's box just made me jealous and thirsty!

I never knew MN was known for wild rice, but that's two boxes to include it. Learned something new!

 

I may take you up on that offer once I get through my two current trades. I'll check up with you in a week or two.

 

Drinking Der Chancellor now- quite good, not overwhelming but definitely legit at first sip. I still don't know who has me, but thanks!

 

Yup, MN is definitely big on wild rice. There are something like 125 lakes in the state named "Rice Lake".

I guess I'm the only bum from MN who didn't send a growler of Masala Mama. Although I think if I were going to send a growler, it would've been Harriet's Wodan Weizen.

I think it's funny that all three of us sent Central Waters beers, as it's just barely under 200 miles away. By my mapping, it's right at 197.6 miles from my house.

 

I hope you enjoy it! You were hard because the styles you like aren't that prevalent down here.
I'm glad everything made it okay. I always worry about sending corked and caged bottles and growlers.

 

I enjoyed everything- just drank the growler this past weekend, treated my Dad to some as well, and we both liked it. I'm sure it was harder bc you're the only one sending to a female, but you did a great job & I'm psyched about the cigar city especially, I really dig the guava grove!
