    So I dont have a cellar as much as I have a closet that stays cold year round and I thought I would try this with a year on it... I usually prefer a fresher beer over aging so far but this is has improved.[​IMG]

    In the running for longest week ever. Srs. But I did get home and manage to install a new toilet (seat) so I was all excited to crack a big beer, watch some baseball, and chill.

    Then I opened this.

    Holy crap this is bad! I'm talking downright not enjoyable in the least. Hot, sweet, syrupy. It's a mess. I'm going to try to finish it though lol
