Not at all. And I didn't put down anything. I said it was a cool place with a good vibe. I liked it. Just didn't enjoy going on a Thursday night and being jammed into the walls with people, and hoped for more sours on tap and only got one. Every other place all weekend wasn't jammed packed, some were bars, but by your definition any bar will be packed. Interesting assumption. Also, you saying the 'best brewery' is your opinion, so don't slander me based on your opinion. Same goes for food. Do you know what I eat? No, but automatically you think you have a better palate for food and eat better than I do. We may not agree, but that does not mean you are right and I am wrong. Certainly no need to shit all over me. I think somebody has a hard on for just being a complete asshole to people who don't share in your opinion.

Well, I have been to Wicked Weed numerous times and the one thing I will say about the food is that it is inconsistent which could lead to the person's opinion that the food is just OK... I have had excellent food there and I have had pretty mediocre food there (same dish just different visits separated by about 2 months).

Not sure if the chefs were different as no one told me who was doing the cooking...both times were mid-week in the late afternoon/early evening before the dinner crowd.

The food has been going downhill in my opinion. When they first opened it was great, best French Fries in town. For some reason they shifted from their delicious small fries to normal ones. They also seasonally take off my favorite dish, trout sandwich. My number two is either the Bison burger or the fried chicken sandwich.

It happens. We went there 2 days in a row. Once for lunch (downstairs) and the next for dinner (upstairs) and the food was excellent. Most of their beers were very good as well. My favorites were Dark Aged Bourbon Stout, Black Angel and Amorous.

Beers have always been good, both upstairs and downstairs on each of the 5 or 6 visits I have made since August.

I have never had a problem with their beer except when they don't have my favorites on tap.

Both times I've gone the taps downstairs had a lot of different stuff.

Definitely - there were different tap lists upstairs and downstairs with the upstairs having a subset of those available downstairs. Both up and down served well poured fresh beers.

They have room for more taps downstairs, so yes, they have different stuff... Believe it is 8 more taps downstairs.

Vadim Bora is consistently one of the best beers in the city IMO.

WW is all about the brett and saisons. Also, 1st anniversary barleywine, and french toast stout (not currently available). They are not RR yet but getting very close. I'm not a huge fan of their IPAs either but they are still pretty darn good.

I mostly agree...though I've had some very good IPAs as well (sexy fruit, etc) and still like Freak quite a bit.

I would add to your Sours and Saisons that their regular stouts...and heck, their BA stout too...are top notch. They have a couple of great session beers as well. They are a top notch brewery for sure and I put them in my Top 5.
