Got a bunch of Kane (including a t-shirt and a tasting goblet) during a bif last year....LOVED Night to end all dawns!! Definitely ISO if anyone has some!

 

I hate to break up all the Kane talk, but...

Had a Bourbon County variant tasting with a few people on Sunday night.










For me, Vanilla > Bramble > Proprietors > Coffee > Backyard Rye > Cherry Rye > Rare. Whoever says that the vanilla is all gone, you're completely wrong. Bramble was jammy goodness. Proprietor's was surprisingly good, considering I don't like coconut all that much. Coffee is always good, Backyard was slightly better than Cherry Rye, and Rare was honestly a slight let down. Seemed a bit oxidised and thinner than every other variant. Possible that we had a bad bottle/incorrectly stored bottle; would love to try it again (but that's not likely going to happen haha).

Favourites of the night included Vanilla, Bramble, Great, Proprietor's, and The K13. Vietnamese Speedway was awesome too, as was most everything else. Great beer, great company, great time.

haha yes and that was awesome and i remember giving @Dicers a few cool beers when he passed by to hand them off - he also looked half dead. Remember KBS, Gandhi and a few other thingys.

but the MEMO hasnt been seen - im not going :) plus they took down a deal with the devil .... Shaun prob realized everyone was pre-trading it and was like F you to them and is saving it for me when i try and go for the anniv party
