Bottled my Saison and Mild. 3711 took my 1.065 down to 1.001 in 2 weeks. Can't wait for them to be carbed. The saison tasted delicious. The mild tasted like roasty water.

Sounds about right. Carb low-ish and serve warm-ish, and you might be surprised how different it tastes.

I just brewed my saison last night, hit my OG a touch high at 1.062 and using 3711 as usual. What was your recipe? Mine is posted above.

I just bottled the NB Petite Saison extract today and it tastes great... sort of like Celis White. After that...I brewed an all grain version with grains & hops bought locally and recycled my 3711. My airlock started bubbling within 2 hours :grinning:. Cant wait to compare them.

I'm at work so I don't have my recipe in front of me, but the standard pils, wheat with a touch of honey malt and victory with Amarillo and Simcoe.
