This also has a lot to do with the amount of time I put into a review.

I always review while drinking. Sometimes I start writing after the first sip or two, sometimes after a whole glass depending on the beer. I usually have an idea of what I think after a few minutes/sips. When I said it takes an hour, I was referring to the time it takes to actually draft up my thoughts.

5-15 mins. served at the correct temp, leverage my first impressions.

Wow. If I spent an hour average on my reviews (I celebrate my 900th tonight), I would have zero free time.

Depends upon setting and what kind of beer it is. Sometimes I get distracted by the company or I get lazy.
If I am drinking something fascinating at home, it will take me about 15 min.
If someone hands me another boring, badly made or possibly infected Belgian Ale at a festival, I will write down a few words, take 2 – 3 sips and move on. I have had over a 1500 Belgian beers by now by now so I do know whether a standard Belgian offering is to my liking or not pretty quickly.

^ This!! I almost made a thread the other day about bias. I feel people give high ratings to some beers because the other ratings are high. I try to go in blind and form an opinion without preconceived notions on smell, taste, etc.

I don't review much but if I did, I believe the best way would be to review the entire beer, that is, when first poured, after it has sat for a few minutes and after it has warmed up a bit. I believe it's the best way of getting the entire range of flavors that a beer has to offer.

A few minutes to get most aspects down. I will go back and "edit" things as the beer warms up and I drink more of it.

Exactly this. Also if I have a beer a second time (actually fairly rare for me), I'll read the review I made over again, and add/subtract things if necessary.
