Everything Local BIF Hints and Hauls!!

I shipped two weeks ago. Still waiting here too.

 

Still waiting on my box. I was one of the first to ship.

 

I'm still waiting to receive my box as well.

 

For anyone still waiting my apologies to getting mine out so late, it should land mid week. I made sure to load it up seeing how tardy it is.

 

OK, if my assumption is correct and Rinkor16 dropped out of the BIF after the first conversation from Cuzco but before targets were assigned, I think I've figured out everyone (4 people) who hasn't received a box and the folks who still owe a box. Obviously I don't know the actual pairings...

I don't want to share this publicly yet... but the shipping window was supposed to close 10 days ago. Let's see those last few boxes (mine included!!!)

 

I think the window was through the 14th (doesn't mean people aren't running late, but only a week). I thought I was one day late (15th).

In other news Fedex says delivery has been completed in a city named for Saul of Tarsus (according to Wikipedia).

 

You're probably right on the date. I was thinking work week! Besides, you get a pass being on the far coast

Stone Levitation BBQ sauce was in my box as well, forgot to get it into the pics, thanks again. Not a single thing in that box I have tried before and excited for all of it.

As for the local products, I went for something to represent the very Asian community that I live in. Calamansi is a citrus fruit from the Philippines. It's sort of a cross between a lemon and an orange in flavor, and I've had good luck mixing it with most liquors. The Prawn Crackers are just sort of something silly and fun.

 

Maybe it's the shitty day at work or maybe it's because I've shipped out two other boxes to traders who aren't communicating as well as I'd like or maybe it's because I just got done burying my 12 year old's pet guinea pig, but I gotta get this off my chest. I'm really disappointed, bordering on mad, about the lack of any solid updates from those who have not shipped yet. All I've seen is "I should do this" or "this will happen tomorrow/this weekend/Monday".

Can anyone left say for a fact that they HAVE shipped and the box is scheduled to arrive on a particular day?

I'm curious about this too. Has anyone who has shipped a box not had their haul posted here? I feel like there haven't been many hauls posted either...

I posted mine, but without a pic & I know my target received his too. Sorry some have had such a bad experience though, what a bummer.
