Parabola in MA

35 dollars....hell no

 

That had to have been a mistake. I can tell you that in Marshfield we were selling Sucaba for $16 when we had it and Parabola is maybe a dollar more than that. I know the price went up from last round but not to that extent. I'm sure he just miscalculated.

 

Probably a dumb question, but is this ever on tap in Boston?

 

Not Boston, but Bison County in Waltham, on Moody St., tweeted a picture of a keg of it yesterday and said that it would be going on soon, but they had to make some room for it. Only place so far that I've seen/heard close to putting it on draft.

 

Cool. Probably won't make it to Waltham, but good to know that it made up in MA; maybe someplace in Boston/Cambridge will have it too...

 

I'm sure you'll get some in those places too.

 

Gordons was $16. I thought that reasonable.

 

Super Phipps in Westfield was $16. Might still have some left. Call first.

 

I still haven't even seen Sucaba around Boston/Cambridge. Maybe they're waiting to both both on around the same time.

Oh, I meant kegs. Haven't seen Sucaba on draft anywhere at the usual suspects.

Also, Parabola $16.99 at Whole Foods River Street. Picked one up about an hour ago.

I want to try this. I recently saw this in East Greenwich, RI for $19.99. F' that. I'll stick with my BCBS, thank you.

 

I'll buy one for my vert, and maybe 2 to drink one now, but BCBS at $6 per 12 ounce does make a very tough comparison point for any other bourbon aged stout
