Stopped at Armanetti in Aurora, $13.99 per Citra seems a bit steep. I had to pass. The search continues.

 

that's bogus... can anyone find the post from one of the first PW threads where I think they were charging $15.99 for the second batch of Citra in early 13?

 

Did a quick search and found an instance where Ardmore Station in Villa Park was charging 15.99 for RTA but nada on Armanetti in Aurora. Not sure if the RTA occurrence is what you were thinking of here.

Yeah bogus for sure...my buddy bought two totaling $31ish after tax and I laughed. Will not be going back. I wonder if he calls they will refund, lol.

Glad it wasn't just me! Someone in our group also tried to search Untappd. Seems like the board was indeed mislabeled. Wow.

 

Fwiw Ardmore station sells all your beer for the normal retail prices....now ;p

 

Yes, Ardmore has since stopped the practice of over pricing PW beers. They are actually a pretty good shop, especially for PW related brews.

 

And it's where I got my PWs snifter, so PWs obviously thinks they are doing everything right to give Ardmore station those profits.

Yeah they get lots of pipeworks, I got my ba Jones dog from them.

 

Had my first Game of Jones at Dark Lord and it was so good I made a trip to Binnys and bought their last one. Grabbed a Coffee Abduction while I was at it.

 

Whoa. Whoa. Did you guys getting these Pipeworks snifters from Ardmore recently? I need two of them I will be there when the place opens tomorrow morning if you guys got them from there today.

 

were hoping to have glassware available for CCBW and T-shirts too...

 

Noooo 12 oz is more to go around, and a more reasonable serving for a BA brew.

Wow! If so, it'd be like Christmas for my two friends [and me also, if the logo on the glasses were silver because my current glass is "etched (?)"]. I've got most of CCBW off from work so I will certainly try to be where ever you guys will be selling your swag!

 

I got mine about a month ago, every once in a while they get a few in and they sell out fast. I follow them on Facebook and went right after I saw they had em. That's your best bet next time they come in
