Kegs of it kick fast though, so if you see it on tap, drink it up.

Specs at Midtown reports having it on shelves. HEB Bunker Hill said they won't have it until Tuesday.

    Will this sell out fast?

ETA: Nevermind, I see this has been answered. I'll be in Houston in two weeks and will definitely look for a couple bottles.

Not interested in an IPA that was bottled 17 days ago just released today. I question if Karbach has a clue what they are doing anymore.

Just FYI there are some bottles bottled 4/25. Little annoying since it is locally brewed I would expect <5 days but sometimes I think we obsess over this freshness thing. I would assume anything under a month tastes about the same...

Buffalo Bayou can get beer out 2 hours after canning, but Karbach can't get this stuff out within 2 weeks? I don't get it.

If Stone can get Enjoy By on shelves in less than a week from release, Karbach can do better than this. I'm sure the beer still tastes fine just shows a total lack of caring that they rather move old stock than try to release a DIPA when it is fresh and in its prime.

Am disappointed that it takes Karbach over two weeks to get this brew out. I do plan on drinking a ton of it, but had planned on drinking two tons. :slight_frown:

I assume Karbach produces much more and doesn't self-distribute.

My brother brought this up while at the brewery and they said that the sales guys were just messing with people and that it was bottled last week.

    Can anyone confirm for sure?

The last bottle of Enjoy By I had was just under a week old, IIRC. Unless the bottled on date was wrong.

I think he means Karbach said they just bottled it

Well... are there stamps on the bottles? If there aren't... come on Karbach... if there are... hooray Karbach!

This stuff isn't going to sit around.... so make sure it has a date stamp. Then there is no guessing or false rumors floating around.....

I've got bottles that are 4-25-14. I guess it depends on where you buy them.
