Bodhi is an incredible beer but 12 variants seems like overload imo.

Anyone know how many tickets are available for this?

True, but you don't have to try all 12. Just pick a handful that look interesting and bring a growler. Who knows, they may fill you're favorite for free!

Held in a theater, so 150-200 is my guess.

Double Dry Hopped Bodhi is pretty damn good. Had it on cask I believe.

The original ain't bad either

When me and my buddy were in Studio 35 a week ago, I remember in our Black Note daze that we talked to a guy there and they said they would be bringing beer around the seats and stuff. This is of course after the 2 hours of tasting before Tommy Boy starts.

If I see Matt Cole this week I'm going to ask him if he woukd ever do this with Head Hunter, or another IPA. He is a straight laced, on point style type brewer, so he may laugh in my face. We will see.

Studio 35's beer tastings are awesome. They usually have one each month with the rep of the beer running the show. When you hand them you ticket they'll give you 10-12 5oz plastic cups with a red ticket. Once they start they have the employees come out to each row and pour you a cup (don't sit on the end of the rows unless you want to be part of the assembly line). Between each beer they show some Funny youtube centric clips while you enjoy your beer. They'll randomly pull tickets between the beers also and if they call your name you win some beer related swag.

After they pour what ever beer for the tasting you're aloud to go up to the bar and get a pint or snifter of that beer. After the tasting they go right into the Movie. They also partner up with the pizza place down the street so you have all your basics covered for a fun day of drinking.

Hope to see some of you guys there!

What's the policy on growler fills to go?

It depends on the amount but I wouldn't be surprise if they let you fill at least a 32oz growler.

I had it on cask at The Crest several months ago - it was amazing.

I'm not sure how much of each CBC made, but I'd be pretty surprised if these were available for growler fills. If they are, though, that will be ridiculously awesome.

1 keg of each. no idea what growlers they'll fill. depends on how much is left, i'd imagine
all done in good fun. the overwhelming majority of our capacity is devoted to IPA production (approx 75%), and what remains goes to pale ale, seasonal (SummerTeeth), and as much Bodhi as we can justify. Unfortunately this makes it difficult for us to do one-offs and have a wide variety for events. This was a way for us to take one beer and have some fun with it. We've gotten great feedback on the Bodhi infused casks we've tapped previously.

Hope those who get to taste these beers fresh enjoy them. I certainly had fun putting them together.
    Cheers,
