A week from today we'll be celebrating American Craft Beer Week at the brewery with the return of our Great American Bottle Share from 6-8PM! There is no admission fee, read more about it and RSVP We'll also be naming the winner of this year's Karbach Carboy Classic at 7PM during the share! We've tasted some mighty fine brews made with ingredients indigenous to Texas! Here is the sign up sheet for those interested: http://karbachbrewing.com/tours/gabs I went to the last one and they are quite fun, although that was over a year ago. Karbach tends to pop some of their experimental stuff so that is always a plus. Hopefully I see some of you guys there.
Thanks for the heads up. I went to the first one and really enjoyed it. Missed the last one, but plan on being there next week.
Fuuuu I only have Texas beers. My coworker is going to California this weekend for his anniversary, hopefully he can bring me back something!
@HopAG just shared a bottle of your Berliner Weisse with my wife and a couple friends. Everyone thought it was very good.
Never been to a share this big. Can anyone tell me how exactly it works, I believe they are capping it at 100 people so obviously not everyone can try everything.
You take a beer that everyone wants to try, then when you pop it, everyone gets a sample, plus one for their "friend," and you get none. That's what makes it a "share," and not a "tasting."
Twas a great share! Some really nice things that I've been wanting to try. Thank you all! Rue D'Floyd and Opuntia stole the show for me.
